Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item contains a defect. The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

Special Orders: All special and custom orders are final sale — not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. This includes any non-inventory purchase or any item custom made or altered at the customer's request (sizing, engraving, etc.).

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@vaskia.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue.
In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will immediately file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and come to a resolution. When submitting a report, it can take anywhere from 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Vaskia Jewelry is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
