All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders received after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

We provide free shipping within the United States for all order of $250 or more.
We require signature on delivery for all orders to ensure that your jewels get to you safely!
All the items purchased will be sent in a jewelry box and gift bag.
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged to all sales where Vaskia Jewelry has a physical presence. Currently, this is Miami, FL
For international order, prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Vaskia Jewelry is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.
Please note that Vaskia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@vaskia.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue.
In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will immediately file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and come to a resolution. When submitting a report, it can take anywhere from 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Vaskia Jewelry is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
