3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our South Miami, FL location. Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders of $250 and above. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged. Items must be in unused, original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vaskia.com with your order number. Return shipping within the U.S. is free for defective items.
