All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders received after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

When submitting a report, it can take anywhere from 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Vaskia Jewelry is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
