Returns Policy

Returns are accepted if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect, this must be notified within 7 days after delivery. Return shipping is free within the U.S.A.. Items must be in unused condition.

If you wish to return a product or you received a damaged one, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@vaskia.com and specify your order number in the subject line of your e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are purposely damaged or have been mistreated. All special order and customized items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order has been placed.*Note for international returns: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer.

Shipping

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders received after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

*Please note all orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following business day.

We provide free shipping within the United States for all order of $250 or more.

We require signature on delivery for all orders to ensure that your jewels get to you safely!All the items purchased will be sent in a jewelry box and gift bag.Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged to all sales where Vaskia Jewelry has a physical presence. Currently, this is Miami, FLFor international order, prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.

Please note that Vaskia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the carrier.If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@vaskia.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue.In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will immediately file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and come to a resolution. When submitting a report, it can take anywhere from 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Vaskia Jewelry is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
