Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item contains a defect. The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

Special Orders: All special and custom orders are final sale — not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. This includes any non-inventory purchase or any item custom made or altered at the customer's request (sizing, engraving, etc.).

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our South Miami, FL location (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
