Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item contains a defect. The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@vaskia.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue.

In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will immediately file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and come to a resolution. When submitting a report, it can take anywhere from 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Vaskia Jewelry is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
